Jeffrey is a Director at Affirma Capital. He is based in Hong Kong.

Prior to Affirma Capital, Jeffrey was Director at SCPE. He has over 10 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Since joining SCPE in 2010, he is a core team member in executing transactions for SCPE in China and Southeast Asia, including New China Life Insurance, Aiyingdao Children Department Store and Multi Concepts Link Restaurant Management in China, and Online Mobile JSC in Vietnam. He also played a key role in executing five secondary direct transactions totalling US$2.4 billion involving portfolio assets across the SCPE footprint.

Prior to joining SCPE, he worked at Lehman Brothers and Nomura in Hong Kong specializing in capital raising and M&A transactions for industrial clients in Asia.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of Chicago.
